How to View Recent Visitors in cPanel

Open Visitors

1. Go to Metrics > Visitors.
2. Find the domain you want to check.
3. Click View.

Read the Visitor Report

1. Check the visitor IP address.
2. Check the URL that was requested.
3. Check the time of the visit.
4. Review the browser or user agent if it is shown.

Use Visitors for Troubleshooting

1. Open the report for the affected domain.
2. Look for repeated requests, missing files, or unusual traffic.
3. Compare visitor activity with any errors or bandwidth changes.

Notes

• Visitors shows recent access log entries.
• It may include bots as well as real people.
• Use AWStats for a broader traffic summary.
