If you are not the account holder but need help with a 4UHosting account, the best option is usually to ask the account holder to add you as an account contact.
The account holder can do this from the client area at https://clients.4uhosting.co.uk by opening the account menu in the top-right corner, choosing Contacts and selecting New Contact….
If the account holder is not contactable, please get in touch with support and explain the situation. We may be able to offer general advice, but we cannot make sensitive account changes without the right permission and verification.
This protects the account holder, the services on the account and any personal data linked to it.
