Resetting Your Account Password

Use the password reset page if you cannot log in to your 4UHosting customer account.

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to https://clients.4uhosting.co.uk/password/reset.
  2. Enter the email address for your 4UHosting customer account.
  3. Submit the password reset request.
  4. Check your email inbox.
  5. Open the password reset email from 4UHosting.
  6. Click the reset link.
  7. Enter your new password.
  8. Confirm the new password.
  9. Submit the form.
  10. Log in with your new password.

If the Reset Email Does Not Arrive

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Make sure you entered the email address used for your 4UHosting customer account.
  3. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  4. If it still does not arrive, open a support ticket and ask us to check the account email address.

If You Do Not Know the Account Email Address

Open a support ticket and ask us to check which email address is registered on your customer account.
