Payment Methods

You can pay 4UHosting invoices by debit or credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or account credit.

Debit and Credit Card Payments

Card payments are handled securely through Stripe. You can use a debit or credit card when paying an invoice from your customer account.

If you use a saved or automatic card payment method, make sure the card details remain up to date. If a payment cannot be collected, the invoice will remain unpaid and the service may be suspended or expire if the invoice is not paid in time.

PayPal Payments

You can pay invoices using PayPal where it is available as a payment option at checkout.

After choosing PayPal, follow the PayPal payment steps and return to your 4UHosting account once the payment is complete. If the invoice does not update shortly after payment, open a support ticket so we can check it for you.

Bank Transfer Payments

You can pay by bank transfer using the details shown during the invoice payment process.

When paying by bank transfer, use your invoice number as the payment reference. This helps us match the payment to your account quickly.

Bank transfers are not always instant. Please allow enough time for the payment to arrive before the invoice due date, especially for domain renewals or services close to expiry.

Account Credit

If your account has credit available, it can be used towards invoices on your account.

Where account credit is available and an invoice is generated, the credit may be applied to that invoice automatically. If you do not want a service to renew, you should cancel it before the renewal invoice is generated.

Renewal Invoices

Renewal invoices are normally generated before the renewal date so you have time to pay.

Annual renewals may be invoiced up to 21 days before renewal. Monthly renewals may be invoiced up to 7 days before renewal.

You are responsible for cancelling services you do not want to renew before the renewal date.

Domain Renewals

Domain renewals should be handled carefully because domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are normally non-refundable once submitted.

If you receive a domain renewal invoice and you want to keep the domain, pay it before the due date. If a domain expires, the website, email, DNS, or other services linked to that domain may stop working.

If you do not want to renew a domain, make sure any renewal settings are disabled and do not pay the renewal invoice.

Need Help?

If you are unsure which payment method to use, or you think a payment has not been applied to your invoice, open a support ticket from your customer account.
