Find Disk Usage in cPanel

If your hosting account is using more disk space than expected, cPanel can help you see where the space is being used.

To check disk usage:

1. Log in to the client area at https://clients.4uhosting.co.uk.
2. Choose My Services.
3. Find the hosting service and select Manage.
4. Select Login to cPanel from the left side.
5. Open Disk Usage from the Files section.

cPanel will show the folders in your account and how much space they are using. You can sort by disk usage to find larger directories more easily.

Common areas to check include:

• Website files in public_html.
• Backups stored inside the hosting account.
• Large media uploads.
• Cache folders.
• Email stored on the hosting account.

Be careful before deleting files. If you are not sure what a file or folder is used for, do not remove it. Contact support first and we can advise.
