Configure Greylisting screen in cPanel

Enable or Disable Greylisting for One Domain

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Go to Email > Configure Greylisting.
  3. Find the domain in the list.
  4. Use the search box if the list is long.
  5. Click the on/off switch for that domain.

Enable or Disable Greylisting for All Domains

  1. Go to Email > Configure Greylisting.
  2. Click the gear icon.
  3. Choose Enable All or Disable All.

Notes

  • Greylisting can reduce spam by temporarily rejecting mail from unknown senders.
  • Genuine mail servers normally try again, but some messages may be delayed.
