You do not need to understand server administration to use most 4UHosting services.
For standard web hosting, the server setup is already managed. You can use the client area, cPanel and the tools provided with your hosting package to manage websites, email, files, databases and domains.
If you have a managed cloud server, we look after the server-level work agreed as part of the service. This can include server configuration, updates, monitoring and support depending on the package.
You may still need some knowledge of your own website software. For example, WordPress themes, plugins, ecommerce settings and custom code are usually managed separately from the hosting platform itself.
