How to Clear Email Disk Usage in cPanel

Steps

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Go to Email > Email Disk Usage.
3. Choose the email account from the Account menu.
4. Find the mailbox folder you want to clean.
5. Click Manage next to that folder.
6. Choose which messages to remove from the Messages to delete menu.
7. Click Delete Permanently.
8. Confirm the deletion.

Search for a Mailbox

1. Use the search box to find a mailbox or folder.
2. Sort the mailbox list by name, message count, or disk usage if needed.
3. Open Manage for the folder you want to clean.

Notes

• Deleted messages cannot be restored from this screen.
• Disk usage values may not update instantly because servers cache mailbox sizes.
