A domain name by itself does not store email. It gives you an address to use, but incoming mail still needs somewhere to be delivered.
To use email on your domain, you will need one of the following:
- Email hosting with 4UHosting
- A hosting package that includes mailboxes
- A third-party email provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
If your email is hosted elsewhere, your domain’s DNS records can usually be pointed to that provider by updating the MX records. If you are not sure which records to use, ask your email provider for their DNS settings.
