Can Anyone Else Access My Account?

No one else should be able to access your 4UHosting account unless you have given them access or shared your login details with them.

Please keep your client area password private and use a strong password that is not used anywhere else. If someone else needs to deal with your hosting, billing or support on your behalf, it is usually better to add them as an account contact rather than sharing your own login.

You can manage account contacts from the 4UHosting client area at https://clients.4uhosting.co.uk. After logging in, open the account menu in the top-right corner and choose Contacts. You can also use the Contacts panel on your dashboard. Account contacts are different from the contact information attached to a domain name.

As your hosting provider, 4UHosting can access the hosting services we manage for administration and support purposes. We still need to follow account verification, data protection and permission rules before discussing sensitive account information or making account changes.

If you think someone else may know your password, log in to the client area and change it as soon as possible. You can do this from the account menu in the top-right corner by choosing Change Password.
