Accessing Webmail

You can use webmail to read and send email through your browser.

Open Webmail

  1. Go to your domain followed by /webmail.
  2. For example, if your domain was example.test, you would go to https://example.test/webmail.
  3. Enter the full email address for the mailbox.
  4. Enter the mailbox password.
  5. Log in.

If Webmail Does Not Open

If the domain has only just been set up or DNS has recently changed, webmail may not work immediately.

You can also access webmail from cPanel:

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Open Email Accounts.
  3. Find the mailbox.
  4. Click Check Email.

If You Cannot Log In

Check that you are using the full email address as the username.

If the password is not accepted, reset the mailbox password in cPanel or contact us for help.
