  1. Log in to cPanel.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to Email > Email Accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Find the email address you want to edit.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Update the settings you need to change.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Update Email Settings<\/strong> when you are finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Change the Password<\/h2>\n

    1. Open the account with Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Find the Security<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Suspend or Restrict an Account<\/h2>\n

            1. Open the account with Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            2. Find the Restrictions<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Choose whether the account can log in, receive mail, or send mail.<\/li>\n

                Delete the Email Account<\/h2>\n

                    • You cannot rename an email account. To use a different address, create a new account or add a forwarder.<\/li>\n
                    • Deleting an email account permanently deletes the mailbox data.<\/li>\n
