Add an Email Forwarder<\/h2>\n

  1. Log in to cPanel.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to Email > Forwarders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Choose the domain from the Managing<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Add Forwarder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Enter the first part of the email address in Address to Forward<\/strong>. For example, enter sales<\/code> for sales@example.com<\/code>.<\/li>\n
    2. Choose the domain.<\/li>\n
    3. Select Forward to Email Address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the destination email address.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Add Forwarder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2. In the destination field, enter each email address separated by commas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Delete a Forwarder<\/h2>\n

          1. Go to Email > Forwarders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          2. Find the forwarder in the list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Click Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            2. Confirm by clicking Delete Forwarder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Add a Domain Forwarder<\/h2>\n

              1. Go to Email > Forwarders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              2. Click Add Domain Forwarder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. Choose the domain to forward from.<\/li>\n
                2. Enter the domain to forward to.<\/li>\n
                3. Click Add Domain Forwarder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Trace a Forwarder<\/h2>\n

                  1. Go to Email > Forwarders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                  2. Find the forwarder.<\/li>\n
                  3. Click Trace<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                  4. Review the delivery path shown by cPanel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    • To keep a copy in the original mailbox, create the mailbox first and then add the forwarder.<\/li>\n
                    • You cannot edit an existing forwarder. Delete it and create a new one.<\/li>\n
