If your domain is registered with 4UHosting but the website is hosted somewhere else, you can point the domain to the other hosting provider.<\/p>\n

The most common way to do this is to change the domain’s nameservers. Your new hosting provider should tell you which nameservers to use.<\/p>\n

To change nameservers:<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the client area at https:\/\/clients.4uhosting.co.uk.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose Domains<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Find the domain and select Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Choose Nameservers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter the nameservers supplied by your hosting provider.<\/li>\n
  6. Save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Nameserver changes can take time to update across the internet. In many cases this is fairly quick, but you should allow up to 24 hours.<\/p>\n
