  1. Log in to cPanel.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to Email > Autoresponders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Choose the domain from the Managing<\/strong> menu if needed.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Add Autoresponder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Leave Character Set<\/strong> as utf-8<\/code> unless you know you need something else.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter the Interval<\/strong> in hours. This controls how often the same sender can receive the automatic reply.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the email address that should send the reply.<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the From<\/strong> name.<\/li>\n
    5. Enter the Subject<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. Select HTML<\/strong> only if your message contains HTML.<\/li>\n
    7. Enter the message in Body<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    8. Choose the start time.<\/li>\n
    9. Choose the stop time.<\/li>\n
    10. Click Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Edit an Autoresponder<\/h2>\n

      1. Go to Email > Autoresponders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Find the autoresponder in the list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Click Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        2. Make your changes.<\/li>\n
        3. Click Modify<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Delete an Autoresponder<\/h2>\n

          1. Go to Email > Autoresponders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          2. Find the autoresponder.<\/li>\n
          3. Click Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          4. Confirm by clicking Delete Autoresponder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            • Use an interval of 0<\/code> only if you want cPanel to reply to every message.<\/li>\n
