You can cancel a hosting service from your 4UHosting customer account.<\/p>\n

Cancel a Hosting Service<\/h2>\n

  1. Log in to your 4UHosting customer account.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to My Services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the service you want to cancel.<\/li>\n
  4. Click View Details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Open Management Actions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Request Cancellation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Choose when you want the cancellation to happen.<\/li>\n
  8. Submit the cancellation request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cancellation Options<\/h2>\n

    You can usually choose one of these options:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Immediate<\/strong>: the hosting service and any related unpaid invoice will be cancelled the following morning.<\/li>\n
    • End of Billing Period<\/strong>: the hosting service will stay active until the end of the current billing period, then cancel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Domain Name Cancellations<\/h2>\n

      Domain names cannot normally be cancelled part way through a registration period.<\/p>\n

      If you no longer want a domain name, leave it to expire at the end of its registration period and make sure you do not pay the renewal invoice.<\/p>\n

      If you want the domain removed from your customer account so you no longer receive renewal reminders, open a support ticket and ask us to remove it from your account.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
