Add a Remote Host<\/h2>\n

  1. Go to Databases > Remote Database Access<\/strong> or Remote MySQL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter the host name or IP address that needs access.<\/li>\n
  3. Add a short comment if the option is shown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Go to Remote Database Access<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Enter the host with a percent symbol if cPanel allows it, such as 192.0.2.%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Click Add Host<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Remove a Remote Host<\/h2>\n

        1. Go to Remote Database Access<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        2. Find the host in the access list.<\/li>\n
        3. Click Delete<\/strong> or Remove<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        4. Confirm the change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          • If your home or office IP address changes, you may need to update the host entry.<\/li>\n
