      Create the Database User<\/h2>\n

          Set the User Privileges<\/h2>\n

          1. Tick All Privileges<\/strong> if the website needs full access to the database.<\/li>\n
          2. Or tick only the individual privileges the user needs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
