Create a Dynamic DNS Domain<\/h2>\n

  1. Go to Domains > Dynamic DNS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the subdomain you want to use.<\/li>\n
  4. Choose the domain.<\/li>\n
  5. Add an IP address manually if needed.<\/li>\n
  6. Add a description if it helps you identify the device or location.<\/li>\n
  7. Click Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Copy the Webcall URL<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Go to Domains > Dynamic DNS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Find the Dynamic DNS domain.<\/li>\n
    3. Copy the webcall URL.<\/li>\n
    4. Add the URL to the router, firewall, or device that should update the IP address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Recreate the Webcall URL<\/h2>\n

      1. Go to Domains > Dynamic DNS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the Dynamic DNS domain.<\/li>\n
      3. Click Action<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Choose Recreate URL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      5. Update the device with the new URL.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Delete a Dynamic DNS Domain<\/h2>\n

        1. Go to Domains > Dynamic DNS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        2. Select the Dynamic DNS domain.<\/li>\n
        3. Click Action<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        4. Choose Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        5. Confirm the deletion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          • Dynamic DNS is useful when an internet connection has a changing IP address.<\/li>\n
          • Keep the webcall URL private.<\/li>\n
