In the event of service failures, performance or email issues, our staff are alerted to problems automatically and can resolve most issues very quickly and efficiently. If you are having a problem with email or viewing your web site, please do not assume that there is a technical issue with our system. We are here to help you. Please be polite and courteous to staff at all times.
Support tickets are answered during normal business hours. We have a low wait time so if you create a ticket during the day it will usually be answered within 30 minutes. Tickets submitted outside of normal business hours will be responded to as early as possible on the next business day. Telephone support can be arranged if neccessary but all support issues must be logged via the helpdesk first.
