Note: In this article, replace the text "yourdomain.com" with the name of your own domain.
POP3 (incoming) Server address: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP (outgoing) Server address: mail.yourdomain.com
Account username: The full email address of the mailbox you created - i.e sales@yourdomain.com
Account password: The password you chose when you created the email account
Always make sure you have enabled smtp authentication in your email client. There is an article in this knowledge base explaining how to enable SMTP authentication.
