We recommend that you use your server's hostname as both your incoming and outgoing mail server. Your server name was Emailed to you in your hosting details, but you can find it easily by clicking...

My Services > Manage My Services > View Details.

The Server Hostname is listed on the Information tab for your hosting plan.

You can also see your server's hostname by simply logging into cpanel - the server name will be displayed in your browsers address bar. It will be in the format of xxx.4uh.net  For example hs010.4uh.net or b170.4uh.net or a200.4uh.net.

You can also view your Email account configuration details by following these steps...

1. Login to your cPanel interface
2. Click Email Accounts
3. Next to the account you need the info for, click the More button to the right side of the page.
4. Select Configure Email Client
5. Scroll down to the Manual Settings section. You will see the info that specifically relates to your email account.
