  1. Open Windows Mail.
  2. Click Tools > Email Accounts.
  3. Select the Mail tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Click Mail.
  6. Enter a name for your Email account in the Display Name box, this is jus a description of your Email account so you can put anything you like in here.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Enter your full Email address and click Next.
  9. Enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers.
  10. Tik the box My server requires authentication.
  11. Click Next.
  12. In the Account Name box, enter your full email address.
  13. Enter your password for this Email account.
  14. Click Next
  15. Click Finish
