  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010.
  2. Click File then click Add Account.
  3. Enter your Name, Email address and password.
  4. Select the Manually Configure Server Settings option at the bottom and click Next.
  5. Ensure the Internet Email option is elected and click Next.
  6. Choose the type of account IMAP or POP and enter your incoming and outgoing mail server details.
  7. Enter your email address and password - then click More Settings.
  8. Click the Outoging Server tab - then tick the option My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication.
  9. Click Next.
