I've exceeded my Disk Space

Your UK Web Hosting comes with an overall disk quota. If you exceed this quota, some aspects of your hosting, such as email and web stats will stop functioning properly because there is no space to save files.

The cPanel system will send you a reminder when you reach 80% of you disk quota. At that point you should take steps to either clear some space by deleting files and emails, or upgrading your plan.

Our plans come with a fixed amount of space. So, as an example,  if you are using our Plus plan and you need more space, you must upgrade to the Advanced plan.

Email Quotas

Each mailbox you create has it's own quota. By default this is set to 250MB and you can manage it from within your cPanel interface. If you are using IMAP for your email, all messages are stored on the server so you need to make sure that you are managing your mailbox efficiently and periodically deleting old messages in your inbox, trash and sent folders.
